- Possess certification or be able to pass the Clery Compliance Certification Course with Delores Stafford & Associates within one year of employment.
- Advanced Clery Act Training, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and Title IX.
- Experience working with an institution of Higher Education.

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Criminal Justice, Human Resources, Emergency Management, Education, Administration, Paralegal Studies or related field (experience performing duties related to the job may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis).
Four years of progressively responsible experience working in a compliance program in Higher Education (e.g. compliance roles in Public Safety, Human Resources, ADA, College Judicial, EEO, etc) .
