This is a recruitment for 6 Auditor positions.
Positions are Temporary, currently funded through June 20, 2022.
The Facilities Management Services Division at the Sylvania Campus has temporary full-time COVID Health and Safety Compliance Auditor openings for April 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. Initial number of hours may be limited to 20 per week, however, hours will increase up to 40 hours per week by June 1, 2021 (there is also one additional position that will will be offered as a half-time appointment for the duration).nbsp; The hiring manager plans on conducting interviews for this position as soon as possible, with a hiring decision for work to begin immediately.
The successful candidate must be able to comply with all Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Administration (Oregon OSHA) COVID-19 health and safety guidelines and regulations. Furthermore, the individual performing this role must be able to comply with all PCC COVID-19 Health and Safety Administrative Procedures, Plans and Protocols when working with PCC employees and students.This position is required to work at various PCC locations, campuses, service centers and non-PCC properties, and must be able and willing to drive to these locations at various times of the day, any day of the week. This position will be working in various environments including classrooms, labs, trade shops, operational departments, construction sites and any other PCC location where student/staff activities are occurring.

- Experience coordinating multiple projects concurrently and working with minimum guidance and direction.
- Experience creating documentation, analysis, and reports of internal audits.
- Experience recommending changes to audit processes as a result of assessments.
- Experience providing consultation services to stakeholders.
- Experience utilizing computer technology for communication, data gathering and reporting.

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Public Health or related field (experience performing the duties of the position may substitute for the degree requirement on a year for year basis).
Two years of experience performing compliance audits, process reviews or demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements. Must possess a valid Oregon driver’s license.
|Starting Salary Expectations
||$52,157 to $55,875 (Step 3); based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.

|Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Work is performed both in an office environment and in the field with frequent interruptions and irregularities in the work schedule. Regular travel between all PCC locations using a personal vehicle and/or a college vehicle is required. Position involves occasional bending, standing, kneeling, reaching below and above shoulders, and lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds while performing job duties. Walking, entering dusty/dirty environments, may be part of routine activities depending on work locations. Working hours may vary and evening and/or weekend work is required. Occasional lifting, guiding and/or carry of materials may be required. May be exposed to potentially hazardous conditions, noise and temperature extremes.
