The Multicultural Centers are a part of the department of Multicultural Services and the Division of Student Belonging and Wellbeing. This position would report to the Director of Multicultural Services.

These qualifications, skills and abilities are critical for success in this position. Throughout the screening process, you will be evaluated based on the demonstration of these qualifications.
· Demonstrated experience advocating for BIPOC students and communities; while also understanding the intersectional student populations.
· Demonstrated experience providing student services and support in a front-line capacity (remote or face-to-face) including experience with student leadership program, crisis management and response, community outreach for staff and students.
· Familiarity with programs and systems such as Banner, Chrome River, Human Resources and Payroll processes and policies or similar applications.
· Experience monitoring and tracking budgets, preparing budget reports and updates, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and guidelines.
· Experience training, overseeing, and mentoring student staff and supporting students in program planning and implementation.
· Demonstrated knowledge in student development and student success theories and learning, showing knowledge and application of culturally relevant research and practices.
