The PCC Information Technology & Security Department (IT) is seeking to hire a team-oriented and self-starting Senior Office Assistant. The Senior Office Assistant performs a wide variety of administrative functions in support of the Information Technology & Security Department (IT). This role will directly support the AVP, but will assist IT leadership, in general, with scheduling, purchasing, data entry, filing of electronic documents, and other administrative duties.Special attention will be given to candidates with demonstrable knowledge of PSEC and Accounts Payable processes, as well as Banner Finance and HR. Special attention will also be given to candidates with a working knowledge of IT operations.This position is located at the Sylvania Campus four days per week with Fridays remote. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm with a one-hour lunch break. This is a 2 year temporary role expected to end March 30, 2027.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Five years of office assistant experience. College or business school training may be substituted for up to two years of the experience requirement. Experience, education or training in the department or program area of assignment is highly desirable.
