In this role, you will help with day-to-day instructional applications administration, monitor system usage, provide technical support and guidance to faculty and staff, support and lead projects to expand the use of technology to ensure PCC remains a leader in accessibility, equity, and innovation in online learning. Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise learning management system administration.
Demonstrated knowledge of common education technology standards like Learning Tools Interoperability, Instructional Management Systems (IMS), and 3rd party integrations for authentication, media delivery, and content management.
Demonstrated knowledge of collecting, manipulating, and reporting system data.
Demonstrated success working in a collaborative environment with teams at remote locations.
Demonstrated experience with change management and communication with a variety of stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
