Operations Manager IThe Opportunity Center at 42nd Avenue is a complex, multi-agency collaborative environment. In addition to the range of Community Workforce Development services and PCC academic credit and noncredit programming including the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), the center also includes staff and services from Oregon Department of Human Services and NAYA. Other collaborative partners on the property include Home Forward, with an 84-unit affordable housing community, an Early Learning Center and the Fernhill (Multnomah County) Community Clinic. The Operations Manager position will be integral to ensuring the operations across the center property are smooth, coordinated and safe. The scope of work will entail liaising with College departments, the community, and/or external agencies providing direction and information . The position will also take the lead on communicating and collaborating with College departments on such areas as building infrastructure issues, security access and being a key partner with other building partners.
