We are seeking a creative, solutions-oriented collaborator to join our growing team. If you are an enthusiastic contributor who enjoys being in the middle of important work, wants to help shape organizational change, and are interested in working with large scale, complex information systems (such as Banner, Argos, and Navigate360) that serve students and staff in higher education, this position is for you.Reporting to the Academic & Student Systems Manager, the Programmer Analyst II troubleshoots complex data issues, assesses potential data-focused solutions, and designs and implements reports and data extracts for diverse higher education needs, including both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, you may serve as a consultant and technical expert during the development of more complex business processes and procedures. This position is responsible for both Academic Affairs and Student Affairs application systems. This position is mostly remote with occasional in-person meetings on campus.

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered, your application must demonstrate these minimum qualifications. (Experience is calculated based on the start and end dates you provide multiplied by the number of hours per week worked).
Associate degree in computer related discipline. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. Two years experience in complex systems design, programming and systems software and support.

Experience with additional higher education information systems (such as Workday ERP, DegreeWorks, Slate, Navigate360, CampusGroups and/or Symplicity)
Experience with Argos
Experience with FERPA protected data
Experience with data analysis
Experience with systems integrations or developing interfaces to external systems
