Ability to analyze data to help detect trends that identify opportunities towards developing an equitable approach to labor issues; including experience in conducting data research and report compilationDemonstrated experience navigating the complexities of Public Sector and/or education environments; preferably in a union environmentKnowledge and expertise in labor law, collective bargaining, or other related areas which support preparation and successful navigation in the above-described environments
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered, your application must demonstrate these minimum qualifications. (Experience is calculated based on the start and end dates you provide multiplied by the number of hours per week worked).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or other relevant discipline (Note: Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.) Two years of recent professional human resources experience; including broad generalist experience in the development and delivery of comprehensive people and culture services and experience in labor relations
