These qualifications, skills and abilities are critical for success in this position. Throughout the screening process, you will be evaluated based on the demonstration of these qualifications.
Demonstrated experience performing custodial tasks in an industrial/campus setting.Experience using industrial vacuum cleaners, buffers, extractors, auto scrubbers, shampooers and other assigned equipment.Experience working with cleaning agents (solvents, disinfectants, detergents and polishing agents).Experience operating under established safety guidelines.Experience performing preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.Experience performing basic maintenance to keep toilets, sinks, floor drains and roof drains operational.Experience with basic computer use (email and internet).
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.Six months of custodian experience required. Past experience in standard custodial practices, procedures and techniques in an organization with extended hours of operation and multiple high-traffic areas is required.
